Tasks
- Develop knowledge of Slayer systems
- Develop troubleshooting guides
- Document repairs and system updates
- Execute preventive maintenance
- Maintain detailed diagnostic records
- Manage multiple projects
- Monitor chiller and AC systems
- Participate in support meetings
- Perform inspections calibrations and updates
- Provide on-site technical support
- Report recurring issues
- Respond to service calls
- Support customer installations and site visits
- Train incoming team members
- Train operators on system use and maintenance
- Work independently in outdoor settings
