Applied AI Engineer – GenAI Systems

Tasks
- Build GenAI components for RAG structured summarization transaction understanding and variance explanations
- Contribute to runbooks and support UAT
- Create system design artifacts for build and governance
- Define evaluation plans and performance expectations
- Design GenAI evaluation with scenario coverage edge cases human review rubrics and regression testing
- Develop ML solutions for forecasting classification NLP optimization anomaly detection scenario analysis
- Document model limitations and implement safety guardrails
- Engineer features from structured and unstructured data
- Ensure privacy and security with access controls and data minimization
- Implement backtesting out of time testing error analysis
- Implement monitoring for data quality drift performance deterioration and operational failures
- Mentor junior scientists through design reviews code reviews and evaluation practices
- Own end to end solution design for GenAI and ML
- Prepare documentation and evidence for model risk review
- Productionize solutions with data pipelines model packaging CI CD deployment and monitoring
- Standardize how we build with templates checklists and examples
- Translate business problems into solution approach and operational controls
