Sr Operations Manager- E-commerce Fulfillment
Tasks
- Analyze performance variances and drive root cause corrective action
- Build accountability and develop high performing teams
- Develop operational goals for scaling and peak planning
- Direct distribution packaging and transportation
- Drive continuous improvement with lean methodologies
- Improve quality and productivity using job standards
- Lead real time operational problem solving
- Manage safety programs and compliance
- Manage supply chain operations
- Oversee warehousing distribution packaging and transportation
- Own operations PnL management
- Perform workforce planning for peak volumes
- Plan staffing levels and labor costs
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Set KPIs for throughput service levels order accuracy and cycle time
