Senior Database Engineer
Tasks
- Automate provisioning, configuration, deployment using scripting
- Collaborate with developers and engineering teams
- Design support and troubleshooting strategies for high availability and disaster recovery
- Document systems and operational procedures
- Ensure database security, availability, and recoverability
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control
- Investigate performance issues and incidents
- Manage AlwaysOn Availability Groups
- Monitor database health, performance, and capacity
- Perform operational support and troubleshooting
- Respond to alerts and incidents
- Share knowledge within DBA team
- Support Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB
- Support production and non-production SQL Server databases
