Data Center Operations System Engineer (Kansas City, MO)
Tasks
- Cable and configure data center systems
- Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing teams for deployments
- Document data center layout and network topology in DCIM software
- Follow installation standards for placement labeling and cabling
- Manage parts depot inventory
- Process RMA returns and order replacements
- Rack and label server storage and network infrastructure
- Resolve infrastructure support tickets with hardware support team
- Track equipment through delivery store stage deploy handoff process
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
