Robotics Program Manager, Product Data Operations
Tasks
- Coordinate expectations across engineering and research
- Create and enforce SOPs
- Debug throughput and data quality regressions using logs
- Define and implement processes to scale throughput and maintain data quality
- Manage data quality and platform health
- Provide onsite floor operations oversight
- Run closed loop feedback with AI researchers
- Set data quality KPIs
- Surface technical blockers and hardware failures
- Translate research goals into operational protocols
- Troubleshoot and automate tasks in data pipelines
