- Contribute to IP strategy publications and long-term technical vision
- Foster culture of rigor collaboration and inclusion
- Guide research into evaluation frameworks datasets and benchmarks
- Lead research in Responsible AI including robustness and fairness
- Partner with product legal security and compliance teams
- Provide goal-setting and performance management
- Represent Autodesk AI Lab in external research communities and partnerships
- Set technical vision and research agenda for model post-training
- Translate research outcomes into technical narratives and decision frameworks
