Technical Support Engineer 2 (Remote)
Tasks
- Configure NAT rules VPN configurations and threat prevention
- Configure and manage Microsoft Active Directory
- Configure and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls
- Create tune firewall security policies
- Deploy and maintain Windows and Linux client systems
- Manage DHCP DNS WINS and DFS
- Manage Microsoft Windows server systems
- Manage Windows server clustering
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Perform VMware maintenance
- Perform backup and patching
- Provide proactive monitoring for production systems
- Provide technical assistance to customers
- Support replication group policy and folder redirection
- Troubleshoot routing firewall and load balancer issues
- Troubleshoot virtual infrastructure issues
- Troubleshoot web services issues
