Tasks
- Assist with scheduling coverage and communication
- Balance service administrative and maintenance tasks
- Coach order picking accuracy
- Conduct daily safety checks
- Ensure SIMS compliance
- Escalate issues when needed
- Maintain powered equipment certification
- Maintain safe organized compliant fulfillment areas
- Operate forklift and order picker
- Partner with Pro Sales team for call ahead orders
- Reduce shrink through validation
- Resolve customer issues
- Respond to customer questions
- Stage and validate orders
- Support inventory accuracy audits
- Use Orders App to fulfill orders
