- Build KPI framework for adoption rate
- Build retention and expansion model
- Close data gaps for customer level adoption measurement
- Connect product roadmap to retention impact
- Create early warning system for downsell and loss
- Design customer success processes along adoption journey
- Design processes for adoption to expansion conversations
- Develop scalable enablement mechanisms
- Develop upsell and cross-sell readiness signals
- Drive retention and expansion model across product data and business
- Ensure metrics availability and adoption across teams
- Identify churn leading indicators
- Identify upsell opportunities from usage data
- Monitor adoption and stickiness thresholds
- Own business growth model KPIs and dashboards
- Translate business needs into data structures and processes
- Translate risk signals into customer success interventions
