- Lead communication for EPIC design standardization
- Lead project cycle from identification to implementation
- Manage EPIC access projects planning and resource requirements
- Partner with IT and operational teams to standardize workflows
- Recommend workflow best practices
- Serve as technical subject matter expert for Epic Cadence
- Validate requested changes in production
- Verify decision tree and questionnaire accuracy
- Verify gatekeeper change approval
