• Analyze accounts and contract status
• Apply vendor prepay and maintain aging
• Complete SAP cutover tasks for vendor prepay
• Coordinate vendor prepay setup with procurement and accounts payable
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Maintain vendor prepay ending balances
• Perform account and data analysis
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries
• Reconcile inventory finished goods in transit
• Reconcile vendor prepay contracts
• Research and resolve AP and AR items
• Respond to SOX and external audit requests
• Support month-end and quarter-end close
