- Create and maintain runbooks setup guides and FAQs
- Debug AI coding tool IDE integration auth errors and API connectivity
- Deploy enroll and maintain devices with Jamf
- Guide users connecting Claude to MCP servers
- Log recurring issues and update shared knowledge base
- Manage macOS and Linux endpoints
- Perform bug triage and debugging for OS network dependency and app issues

- Troubleshoot MCP configuration client server communication and transport modes
