- Define AI Copilot strategies and prioritize initiatives
- Design and build Gen AI solutions
- Design build and maintain AI agents and Copilot experiences
- Develop conversational and task driven agents
- Drive implementation of AI use cases
- Identify AI opportunities from client business processes
- Integrate copilots with enterprise data and workflows
- Manage service requests alerts escalations and workflow orchestration
- Monitor evaluate and fine tune AI model performance and accuracy
- Recommend AI upgrades enhancements and new solutions
- Stay updated on emerging Gen AI and Copilot capabilities
- Translate business and IT requirements into Copilot solutions
