Tasks
- Build AI agents for incidents and service requests
- Build agentic apps for ITSM automations
- Configure AI functions with validation controls
- Design agentic AI workflows for IT operations
- Develop knowledge ingestion pipelines
- Ensure least privilege access and auditability for AI actions
- Implement event driven integrations with webhooks
- Integrate Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph API
- Lead technical investigation and architecture for agentic AI use cases
- Monitor dashboards and workflow execution logs
- Provide technical leadership for automation and self service
- Troubleshoot API integrations and authentication failures
