- Design incident response and rollback procedures for AI failures
- Design model lifecycle management versioning monitoring retraining retirement
- Design reference architectures for AI ML systems
- Design vector databases and semantic search capabilities
- Develop MLOps infrastructure and model registry
- Establish AI governance standards and design principles
- Establish validation verification frameworks and audit logging traceability explainability
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and run proof of concepts
- Implement AI model risk management drift bias fairness monitoring
- Implement responsible generative AI patterns content filtering bias detection hallucination mitigation audit trails
- Lead and mentor AI ML and platform engineering teams
- Provide architectural consulting and conduct workshops design reviews
