AI & Automation Product Owner
Tasks
- Coordinate RPA implementation
- Create enablement materials and run working sessions
- Define requirements using PRDs user stories and acceptance criteria
- Drive adoption through training SOP updates and usage metrics
- Enable ERP native AI and third party integrations
- Ensure compliance with AI governance data and compliance standards
- Identify and prioritize AI automation use cases with business stakeholders
- Integrate AI capabilities with ERP workflows
- Manage risks and escalate blockers
- Map redesign workflows with process owners
- Own end to end delivery of AI ML solutions
- Own product backlog and roadmap manage priorities
- Support vendor and tool evaluations for AI and automation platforms
