- Drive AI adoption through training and coaching
- Establish standards and governance for responsible AI usage
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies
- Identify AI opportunities in software development and security
- Introduce AI assisted development workflows
- Partner with engineering teams to improve coding debugging testing and documentation
- Partner with leadership to align AI initiatives with business priorities
- Run proof of concepts and pilot programs
- Track adoption efficiency quality and ROI
