Tasks
- Build AI agent workflows
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to deliver use cases
- Design and deploy AI agents
- Develop AI assisted PDLC workflows
- Document workflows and reusable AI components
- Establish AI governance quality and evaluation
- Implement orchestration and decision logic
- Integrate agents with CRM ERP and internal tools
- Measure agent quality and workflow success
- Redesign operational workflows for AI first intake and triage
- Set up monitoring fallback and escalation logic
- Support rollout and user training
- Test workflows with real users and scenarios
