- Build full stack systems with backend services APIs data layers and frontend interfaces
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to identify high-impact opportunities
- Design and implement AI driven features and intelligent automation
- Embed AI capabilities into customer facing products and internal workflows
- Ensure reliability performance security permissions and auditability
- Lead design and development of AI powered internal platforms and systems
- Mentor team members through code reviews and design feedback
- Own end to end delivery from problem discovery to production rollout
- Provide production support and incident response for owned systems
- Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable AI enabled solutions
