AI Engineer / Senior Platform Support Officer

Tasks
- Automate support workflows with scripts dashboards and alerts
- Collaborate with L1 L2 support teams to create runbooks
- Ensure security and compliance of configurations
- Manage incidents using ITIL processes
- Monitor and optimize platform health and performance
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Partner with development MLOps and infrastructure teams
- Perform advanced root cause analysis
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Serve as L3 escalation tier for production incidents
- Stay current with platform updates and deprecations
- Support model deployments and release activities
- Troubleshoot end to end architectures
