AI Engineer / Senior Platform Support Officer

Tasks
- Collaborate with development and MLOps teams to improve reliability
- Develop runbooks and knowledge base articles
- Drive automation of support workflows
- Manage incidents and problem management
- Monitor and optimize platform health performance and cost efficiency
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Perform advanced root cause analysis
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Serve as L3 escalation for production incidents
