AI Engineer Sr
Tasks
- Add guardrails permissions audit trails and fallback mechanisms
- Build LLM embedding vector search and RAG solutions
- Collaborate with security and governance to ensure responsible AI
- Create reusable AI enablement assets and reference implementations
- Deploy and operate AI solutions in cloud environments
- Design agentic workflows with tool use and human in the loop
- Design develop test deploy AI powered applications
- Evaluate commercial open source and hybrid AI models
- Implement observability for model outputs and retrieval quality
- Implement orchestration patterns for multi step workflows
- Integrate AI services via APIs and enterprise systems
- Mitigate hallucinations bias misuse and data leakage
- Monitor AI performance reliability usage costs and quality
- Move AI initiatives from proof of concept to production
- Provide technical guidance and lead design discussions
