AI Engineer - Tech Lead (Remote)
Tasks
- Architect cloud native scalable AI solutions
- Build data ingestion preprocessing training and evaluation pipelines
- Define engineering best practices and MLOps standards
- Design train fine tune and deploy ML DL and LLM based models
- Drive observability and reliability of AI services
- Ensure security privacy compliance and governance
- Implement model versioning monitoring and drift detection
- Implement prompt engineering RAG pipelines and agentic workflows
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms APIs and data sources
- Lead CI CD for ML systems
- Lead end to end design and implementation of AI ML and Generative AI solutions
- Mentor and guide AI engineers and data scientists
- Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and cost
- Own AI system architecture including model lifecycle pipelines and inference services
- Review code models and architectures for quality scalability performance and security
