Tasks
- Conduct vendor quality reviews and manage service level expectations
- Develop and maintain CI CD pipelines for AI model deployment
- Develop intake processes with risk management
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI systems
- Implement monitoring across platform and automation layers
- Improve maintenance and housekeeping activities
- Integrate AI models into production environments
- Lead design and implementation of AI driven DevOps practices and tools
- Maintain development standards for error capture and reporting
- Manage relationships with product owners and third party providers
- Manage team capacity and staffing for DevOps delivery
- Mentor and guide team members on AI and DevOps best practices
- Monitor and optimize AI applications and infrastructure performance
- Provide reporting to leadership
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot AI and automation platform issues
- Track and manage hosting fees budgets and fiscal management
