- Collaborate with product data security engineering and architecture teams
- Define AI technical vision roadmap and operating model
- Design build and prototype AI enabled solutions
- Drive adoption of AI and automation through tooling and enablement
- Ensure AI governance risk and compliance for model validation monitoring and auditability
- Establish AI engineering standards for observability evaluation and model governance
- Implement automation first process optimization
- Lead AI engineering and automation initiatives
- Mentor engineers and drive innovation experimentation and continuous improvement
- Review and improve solution designs for scalability security and maintainability
