AI Engineering Manager - Flutter UKI, Hybrid
Tasks
- Build and lead cross functional engineering team
- Collaborate across UKI and international teams for consistency and reuse
- Deliver multi tenant AI control plane with governance security observability
- Embed responsible AI guardrails auditability data controls
- Enable team to build LLM integrations agent frameworks and retrieval based systems
- Lead design and delivery of AI platform services
- Partner with architecture security and platform teams on AWS best practices
- Provide hands on guidance on system design architecture implementation
- Set engineering standards and ways of working
- Support design reviews and technical design authority processes
- Support iterative MVP delivery
- Translate use cases into deliverable outcomes with product and business analysis
