- Collaborate with vendors and technology partners
- Contribute to hiring onboarding and professional development
- Develop streaming and long running AI workflows
- Drive engineering process improvements for product functionality and customer experience
- Establish CI CD standards with evals test sets and search subsystems
- Improve system architecture and application design
- Lead AI engineering team
- Own AI engineering strategy
- Partner with product managers to define requirements priorities and delivery plans
- Select and implement tools for AI agent workflows and evaluations
