- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams

- Create user and conversational flows wireframes and prototypes
- Define information architecture and knowledge sources for AI
- Define metrics and evaluation criteria for AI solutions
- Design human AI interaction roles controls and fallback
- Facilitate co-design workshops
- Guide cross functional teams on AI enabled digital solutions
- Lead end to end AI experience design
- Run usability comprehension trust and quality testing for AI
- Translate user and business needs into AI requirements
