• Drive responsible and secure AI usage with code quality security and compliance guardrails
• Establish engineering performance metrics for cycle time quality and adoption
• Evaluate and select AI engineering tools coding agents automated testing and developer productivity platforms
• Identify engineering process bottlenecks and introduce AI enabled solutions
• Partner with cross functional leaders to align AI native transformation with business and technical strategy
