AI & Optimization Engineer (100% Remote)
Tasks
- Build and deploy machine learning models
- Collaborate with operations teams to validate results and gather feedback
- Define AI strategy for mining operations
- Design standardized data schema for telemetry and events
- Develop optimization models for performance and energy efficiency
- Document architecture and modeling assumptions
- Embed AI models into platform workflows and APIs
- Ensure model reliability explainability and maintainability
- Implement anomaly detection and predictive maintenance models
- Monitor model performance and handle model drift
- Translate operational challenges into data and optimization problems
