- Build document intelligence solutions
- Configure and optimize Agentforce reasoning and orchestration
- Create RAG architectures AI copilots conversational assistants and knowledge search agents
- Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce AI agents
- Develop AI powered customer service sales marketing solutions
- Develop generative AI applications using OpenAI Azure OpenAI Anthropic Claude Gemini and Salesforce Einstein AI
- Develop predictive and prescriptive machine learning models
- Fine-tune and evaluate large language models
- Integrate AI agents with Salesforce Customer 360
- Measure model accuracy bias explainability and performance
