AI Program Manager – Drug Discovery Networks
Tasks
- Benchmark model performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering to improve model delivery and usability
- Coordinate partner engagement and day to day alignment
- Drive adoption of federated AI models in partner workflows
- Drive execution across federated drug discovery networks
- Identify and onboard new pharma and biotech partners
- Identify opportunities for network expansion and increased value creation
- Manage federated network operations including data harmonization and model aggregation
- Plan data onboarding and model training cycles
- Support setup and expansion of new networks
- Translate scientific and network goals into execution plans
