AI Research Engineer (Agentic Post-training)
Tasks
- Collaborate with research engineering and product teams for production integration
- Conduct end to end research and engineering for post training methods
- Design build and optimize post training pipelines
- Develop benchmarking and diagnostic systems
- Identify system bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements
- Improve model capabilities including factuality and instruction following
- Integrate production feedback signals into training loops
