Tasks
- Adapt and fine-tune large language models for healthcare
- Advance natural language understanding for healthcare text
- Create AI pipelines for structured and unstructured healthcare data
- Design prototype evaluate AI models for agent systems
- Develop domain specific model architectures for clinical decision making
- Ensure HIPAA and HITRUST compliance
- Implement model evaluation frameworks for accuracy robustness fairness
- Implement reasoning decision making and multi modal understanding
- Mentor AI scientists and engineers through code reviews
- Partner with engineering to move prototypes to production
- Serve as technical authority on Agentic and Generative AI
