- Build and operate LLM based systems in production
- Communicate technical tradeoffs and risks to stakeholders
- Decompose requests for AI coding agents
- Design and maintain agent harnesses
- Direct agents to design build test and ship software
- Enforce architectural rules and file conventions
- Ensure automated test coverage unit integration end to end contract
- Ensure reliable repeatable outputs
- Evaluate AI tools across providers
- Implement evals monitoring logging and guardrails
- Implement test driven practices to reduce drift
- Lead agent driven software delivery
- Partner with architecture security and AI governance
- Prototype to gather product feedback
- Review code for correctness security maintainability
- Review reconcile and integrate agent output
- Translate business problems into specifications and constraints
