Tasks
- Architect solutions for land and expand expansion in existing accounts
- Build reusable ontology templates reference architectures and solution best practices
- Collaborate with customer success for deal closing onboarding and enablement
- Define reference architectures for production rollout and scale
- Design and guide proof of value pilots with engineering
- Lead pre-sales technical conversations on architecture security and deployment strategy
- Present solutions to enterprise and senior technical stakeholders
- Provide structured field feedback to CTO and product leadership
- Run technical discovery and design target solutions
- Support account executives during technical evaluation and pilots
- Translate customer data architectures and GenAI initiatives into target solution architectures
