AI Solution Specialist
Tasks
- Advocate customer needs using data and use cases
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
- Contribute to proposals RFPs and technical documentation
- Create enablement assets playbooks demo scripts and comparison guides
- Define success criteria and validate technical feasibility
- Deliver technical presentations and product demos
- Design AI solutions for client business challenges
- Develop product training programs for internal and channel teams
- Gather synthesize client feedback for product roadmap
- Lead proof of concept engagements
- Liaise between field teams sales solutions architecture and implementation
- Partner with implementation teams for sale to delivery transition
- Present at conferences webinars and customer forums
- Produce thought leadership content
- Review SOWs and validate technical scope
- Serve as internal and external AI evangelist
- Set and maintain client expectations through handoff
- Support solutions architecture in sales opportunities
- Translate product updates into training and field enablement
- Validate work estimates and delivery commitments
