AI Solutions Engineer
Tasks
- Build evaluation rubrics test cases and prompt datasets
- Collaborate with product IT security HR and academic teams
- Communicate findings to non-technical audiences
- Curate document ingestion embeddings and knowledge retrieval
- Define structured output formats for automated workflows
- Design AI enabled enterprise workflows
- Design and maintain enterprise prompts and agent instructions
- Drive improvements in agent reliability and workflow automation
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and risk standards
- Evaluate AI platform capabilities and integrations
- Implement RAG pipelines and knowledge base updates
- Implement guardrails and safety rules
- Maintain operational runbooks and documentation
- Mitigate bias tone safety and factual accuracy issues
- Monitor usage output quality retrieval performance and drift
- Perform incident response and safe rollback for AI behavior
- Prototype and iterate prompt variants with evaluation metrics and A B testing
- Stay current on prompting techniques and LLM capabilities
- Support prompt and agent lifecycle including versioning and regression testing
- Translate business processes into scalable AI solutions
