Tasks
- Build unified customer identity model
- Collaborate with support product and operations stakeholders
- Define and iterate AI governance standards and reusable conventions
- Design and build customer intelligence and knowledge aggregation platform
- Develop support co pilot for cited answers
- Extend platform with customer health scoring and lifecycle insights
- Implement AI powered workflows to reduce manual support effort
- Integrate CRM support engineering repositories and internal knowledge bases
- Promote validated AI generated insights to downstream systems
- Prototype high impact AI opportunities
- Run enablement workshops and coaching sessions
