AI Support Engineer II
Tasks
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams
- Create workarounds when procedures fail
- Document issues and resolutions
- Maintain knowledge base content
- Participate in AI support automation projects
- Provide customer support via ticketing system
- Reproduce problems with developers
- Serve as incident communicator during production incidents
- Support weekend severity on call rotation
- Troubleshoot complex AI platform issues
