- Align vendor delivered technical work to standards
- Collaborate with QA to ensure testability and traceability
- Define and enforce engineering practices and coding standards
- Drive reliability and observability improvements post release
- Ensure release readiness including versioning deployment checks rollback considerations
- Implement agent orchestration logic and tool integrations
- Implement human-in-the-loop workflows

- Lead hands on technical execution for agentic AI solutions
- Translate architecture and product intent into build plans
