- Align AI solutions with enterprise architecture and security policies
- Collaborate with product owners to align requirements
- Define technical standards and patterns across the AI stack
- Deploy and optimize AI solutions
- Design and prototype AI solutions
- Ensure solution quality security reliability and compliance
- Gather user feedback for future improvements
- Identify technology risks and create mitigation strategies
- Lead and direct GenAI and ML technical best practices
- Lead backlog technical grooming and estimation
- Manage AI solution delivery lifecycle including model training and selection
- Oversee technical documentation and knowledge base
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions
- Provide technical guidance in design reviews and code reviews
