Tasks
- Analyze IT operational data for model improvements
- Build and run PowerShell and Python runbook executors
- Contribute to AI roadmap for automation
- Design scalable AI solutions
- Develop AI and generative AI point solutions
- Develop and train machine learning models
- Develop automation framework components
- Develop internal automation tools
- Document automation processes code and models
- Evaluate fine tune and integrate open source large language models
- Gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders
- Identify process enhancements for continuous service improvements
- Manage product backlog in Agile Scrum
- Perform data cleaning and feature engineering
- Provide technical guidance as SME for AIOps and IT process automation
- Troubleshoot automation systems and AI models
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
