Tasks
- Assess data readiness and ensure data governance and lineage
- Automate model deployment monitoring and lifecycle management
- Build MLOps and LLMOps pipelines with CI CD and DevSecOps
- Build and tune models using data pipelines
- Conduct explainability assessments and model interpretability
- Create proof of concepts and transition models to production
- Define AI/ML strategy
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models
- Develop Generative AI and Agentic AI applications
- Develop RAG pipelines and LLM powered applications
- Develop standards reusable patterns and best practices
- Ensure responsible AI compliance transparency fairness explainability security and privacy
- Evaluate foundation models and emerging AI technologies
- Implement automated model training testing and validation
- Lead ATO impact analysis for AI ML capabilities
- Maintain AI ML capability register and model cards
- Maintain reproducible environments and scalable cloud deployments
- Mentor teams on AI ML development and responsible AI
- Monitor model performance drift and degradation
- Perform AI ML security assessments privacy reviews and authorization support
- Perform bias assessments and model risk evaluations
- Recommend AI ML tools cloud services and SDLC automation
- Translate business problems into AI/ML use cases
