AI/ML Postdoctoral Fellow – F Rouhani lab
Tasks
- Apply graph neural networks transformer models and generative AI to study clone microenvironment interactions
- Collaborate with computational scientists clinicians and experimental researchers
- Design benchmarking strategies and reproducible computational workflows
- Develop advanced AI ML methods for spatial genomics and histology
- Integrate spatial transcriptomics single cell sequencing and imaging datasets
- Lead publications conference presentations and research dissemination
- Perform clonal reconstruction and spatial mapping analyses from genomic datasets
