AIMS Fulfillment Specialist
Tasks
- Communicate inventory and pricing discrepancies
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling
- Deliver product per customer request
- Enter sales orders in Innovo
- Follow-up on customer requests
- Handle hardware box location
- Maintain product and inventory knowledge through training
- Manage onsite customer inventory
- Organize product and cleanup
- Participate in sales and marketing events
- Present product solutions
- Provide AIMS product education
- Research and source products for customers
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes
- Respond to customer sales inquiries
- Track order delays and communicate updates
