AIMS Fulfillment Specialist
Tasks
- Communicate order delays and issues
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling
- Enter AIMS sales orders
- Follow-up on customer requests
- Handle inventory delivery
- Maintain product and inventory knowledge
- Manage onsite inventory
- Organize product and hardware box location
- Participate in sales and marketing events
- Partner with outside sales team
- Present product solutions
- Provide customer education on AIMS solutions
- Report inventory and pricing discrepancies
- Research and source products
- Resolve customer complaints
- Respond to customer inquiries
