Tasks
- Coordinate monitoring incident management arrangements before handover
- Coordinate stakeholders transition dependencies and readiness
- Define operational process incident management service request handling escalation
- Define security and user management processes roles and operating responsibilities
- Implement transition governance acceptance criteria and performance measures
- Lead end to end knowledge transfer and validation
- Maintain and handover documentation SOPs and support procedures
- Manage cutover communications access readiness and hypercare planning
- Plan transition governance cadence status reporting RAID management
- Set up service management tooling resolver groups access and service catalogue
- Support business communication and change for process and service changes
- Support post transition stabilisation incident and change request closure
- Track transition risks issues decisions and escalate
