Application Engineer, Data Center Hardware
Tasks
- Build and validate rack configurations
- Coordinate with customer network engineering teams
- Create and maintain integration artifacts
- Create repeatable processes templates and documentation
- Debug rack level issues
- Design and own installation checklists and procedures
- Design and validate electrical power integration
- Execute installation checklists and sign off
- Lead customer facing technical calls and site visits
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Support TechOps for production incidents
- Support rack level network connectivity
- Translate field learnings into product improvements
